Кафедра Группы маркетинговых коммуникаций АДВ - это совместный проект Группы АДВ и МГИМО (У) МИД России. На кафедре ведется подготовка специалистов в соответствии с современными потребностями рекламной отрасли и глобальными тенденциями в сфере маркетинга.
30 мая 2007 года было подписано соответствующее соглашение об открытии Кафедры в 2007-2008 учебном году.

На презентации новой кафедры выступили ректор МГИМО А.В. Торкунов, председатель совета директоров Группы маркетинговых коммуникаций АДВ Дмитрий Коробков и декан факультета Международной журналистики Я.Л.Скворцов.

Цель сотрудничества МГИМО (У) МИД России и Группы АДВ — создание постоянного источника квалифицированных кадров в области коммуникационного менеджмента. Новая Кафедра является уникальной образовательной площадкой, ориентированной на подготовку копирайтеров, медиапланнеров, медиабайеров, бренд-менеджеров, аккаунт-менеджеров, стратегических планнеров.

Совместно с факультетом Международной журналистики МГИМО (У) МИД России на кафедре Группы маркетинговых коммуникаций АДВ читаются семестровые учебные курсы «Медиапланирование», «Немедийные коммуникации», «Управление коммуникацией бренда: от идеи до продвижения», создаются новые учебные и методические материалы. Кафедра приглашает в МГИМО ведущих специалистов в области маркетинговых коммуникаций из разных стран мира, ведущих ученых в области рекламной индустрии, занимается формированием библиотеки кейсов.

Деятельность Кафедры включает в себя не только образовательный, но и практический компонент. Для студентов предусматривается активная профессиональная деятельность в форме стажировок, прохождения производственной практики в первую очередь в агентствах, входящих в Группу АДВ. Кроме того, предусмотрены другие виды сотрудничества студентов с практиками-маркетологами и рекламистами: мастер-классы, лекции и семинары, деловые игры, практико-ориентированные проекты. Инновационность образовательной деятельности Кафедры способствует подготовке и развитию профессионалов, способных вернуть инвестиции, вложенные в их обучение.

Создание базовой Кафедры пример обеспечения практической направленности российского образования и один из первых шагов по реальному внедрению в МГИМО(У) МИД России нового подхода к образовательному процессу в рамках реализации Университетом Национального проекта «Образование».

Данный совместный проект — составная часть инновационной образовательной программы «Формирование системы компетенций для профессиональной деятельности в международной среде в интересах укрепления позиций России», выдвинутой МГИМО (У) МИД России.

DEPARTMENT OF “ADV – MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS”

“ADV – Marketing Communications” department is the joint project of ADV Group and the Moscow State Institute of International Relations. The mission of its work is the special training of personnel for modern advertising sector and global marketing trends. May, 2007 the Department was established by mutual agreement between ADV Group and the MGIMO University.

Head of the Department “ADV – Marketing Communications”

Dmitry Korobkov

Chairman of Board of Directors of ADV Group.

Dmitry Korobkov graduated from International Economic Relations School of MGIMO University. During his studies Dmitry Korobkov worked in “Novosty” press agency and then on Channel One Russia as a correspondent of news programme. He took a number of advanced management programs of business schools INSEAD (Fontainebleau), LBS (London).

1995 Dmitry Korobkov founded Adventa creative agency which joined Lintas international network (now Lowe&Partners Worldwide) and Effect Media company which afterwards joined Initiative Media International and was renamed into Initiative. Dmitry Korobkov was the first in Russia to apply the new communications business model on the market.

Starting from 1996 and up till now Dmitry Korobkov has been the founder and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of ADV Marketing Communications Group, which unites the best Russian and CIS advertisement agencies. 1998 – Adventa takes equity at TMA, which becomes Draft Worldwide affiliate.

2000 Dmitry Korobkov founded ADV Marketing Communications Group, being up till now Founder and Chairman of Board of Directors. Mr.Korobkov was an initiator of establishment of "The Union of public service advertising creators" on February 12th, 2003.

Since 2006 Dmitry Korobkov is a member of Mercury Club under Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Russian Federation, a Vice-President of the Russian Association of Communication Agencies, a Chairman of Commission of Vocational Education, a member of the State Duma Business Expert Committee.

2000 Dmitry Korobkov is a nominee of Media Manager National Award for incorporation of a new model of communication business.

2002 Dmitry Korobkov was named “Global Tomorrow’s Leader” at the World Economic Forum in Davos.

2004 Mr.Korobkov was awarded with official appreciation letter by the President of Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.

2007 Dmitry Korobkov is a nominee of Country’s Professional Management Team Project in the section “Industry and Service”.

2007 Dmitry Korobkov was an initiator of foundation of ADV Marketing Communications department of MGIMO University.

Since 2009 Dmitry Korobkov is an academician of Russian Academy of Advertising.

1. Alexander Alexeev

Assistant professor of “ADV – Marketing Communications” department, Executive Creative Director Publicis United

1987 Alexander Alexeev graduated from Moscow State University of Printing Arts as a graphic artist. Since then Mr.Alexeev is a participant of various international and Russian art exhibitions.

1992 Alexander Alexeev received a grant of the Soros Fund, in 1995 he was a scholar of the Berlin Academy of Arts. Since 1993 Mr.Alexeev is a member of the graphic section of Moscow Artists Union. He is an author of many articles on advertising, communications, arts and modern culture. Alexander Alexeev worked on a number of advertising projects as an Art-director (Nestle, “Shok” chocolate, Nuts, “Vnesheconombank” etc).

1994 - 1995 Mr.Alexeev worked in BBDO Moscow as an Art-director (Pepsi, Pickwick, Wrigley’s projects).

1996 - 2000 he worked in Lowe Adventa on a post of Art-director (Nuts, Nestle Classic, “Shok” chocolate) and then till 2001 as a Creative Director.

2001 - 2005 he worked on a post of Creative Director McCann Erickson Russia and then till 2007 on a post of Managing Director and Executive Creative Director.

2007 - 2009 Alexander Alexeev worked on a post of Creative Consultant of ADV Group. Since 2007 Mr.Alexeev lectures to advanced students of PR and Sociology departments of MGIMO University. His lectures devote to brand creation, brand communication and promotion.

Since 2010 Mr.Alexeev is an Executive Creative Director EMCG and up till now he continues to be a President of the Art Directors Club Russia and a Vice-President of “The Union of public service advertising creators”.

2. Evgeny Baldin

Assistant professor of “ADV – Marketing Communications” department, Director of Research of ADV Group

1995 Evgeny Baldin graduated from Russian State University for the Humanities. Mr.Baldin started his career on a post of a Manager of Research McCann Erickson Russia.

In time he was on a post of Media Analyst , Media planning Manager, Head of the Media group and Director of Research UM.

Since 2007 Evgeny Baldin is a Director of Research of ADV Group. Since 2007 and up till now Mr.Baldin lectures “Media planning” to students of PR and Sociology departments of MGIMO University.

3. Ekaterina Bokova

Assistant professor of “ADV – Marketing Communications” department, Managing Director Tomato Momentum

1999 Ekaterina Bokova graduated from Psychology department of Moscow State University.

2001 Mrs.Bokova started her career in ADV Group on a post of Account Executive BrandNew Momentum. Ekaterina Bokova led the JTI projects (Winston, Mild Seven, Lucia), Renault, Nestle (Nescafe Classic), Shorex (Extravaganza exhibition), Lucia cigarettes Market Launch, Winston City, Renault Plant, Renault Logan, Mild Seven Renault Formula 1 during her work in ADV Group on a post of Account Director, Business Development Director Events TMA Draft.

Since 2007 Mrs.Bokova is a Managing Director Tomato Momentum. 2010 Ekaterina Bokova started to lecture “BTL communications” to students of PR department of MGIMO University.

4. Tatiana Kokanovich

Assistant professor of “ADV – Marketing Communications” department, Managing Director Advance Digital

Tatiana Kokanovich graduated from Law department of Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia. 1999 she started her career in advertising as a Key Account Manager of “Maximum” radio.

Since 2002 to 2006 Tatiana Kokanovich led the Department of Advertising on radio, Regional TV and Internet of UM. Until recently Tatiana Kokanovich was a Managing Director Advert and worked on Microsoft, Unilever, Intel, Beiersdorf, Nestle projects.

Now Tatiana Kokanovich heads Advance Digital agency and leads Internet Media Department of ADV Group. 2010 Tatiana started to lecture “Digital Media” to students of PR and Sociology departments of MGIMO University.

5.Irina Kolotiy

Deputy Head and Associate professor of “ADV – Marketing Communications” department, Ex-Head of PR Department of ADV Group

1989 Irina Kolotiy graduated from Historical department of Moscow State University. 2004 Mrs.Kolotiy became a Ph.D. (Political Science). Since 1998 Irina Kolotiy lectures in Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation and in Moscow State University. Since 2007 Mrs.Kolotiy lectures “Management Information Policy”, “PR and Business”, “Communication Management” to advanced students of MGIMO University.

1989 - 1993 Irina Kolotiy was a Research Associate of “Eastern European countries’” department of Russian Institute for Social and National Problems.

1996 - 2003 Mrs.Kolotiy led an “Information Policy” management and “Organization of Work with Taxpayers” management of Ministry of Taxes and Duties of Russian Federation.

2003 - 2007 Irina Kolotiy was on a post of Director of Social Projects service and on a post of Corporate Relations Director PRP Group A Weber Shandwick.

Since 2007 and up till now Mrs.Kolotiy is a Head of PR Department of ADV Group and she has a extensive experience of work on Russian and international companies’ PR-projects (“Beeline”, “Produkty Pitania”, Gillette, Molson Coors, Capital Partners, “Baltimor”, “Ingosstrakh”, UPS, and the others).

6.Elena Mushinskaya

Assistant professor of “ADV – Marketing Communications” department, Managing Director TMA-Draft

Elena Mushinskaya graduated from Journalism department of Moscow State University and started her career in Coca-Cola company (1993). Elena Mushinskaya worked in Coca-Cola for 7 years doing sales, marketing researches, strategic planning, operational and brand marketing.

2001 Elena Mushinskaya went to work in Japan Tobacco International on a post of Brand Manager and then Marketing Consultant.

Since 2005 Elena Mushinskaya works in TMA-Draft agency and since 2010 she is a Managing Director TMA-Draft. 2010 Elena Mushinskaya started to lecture “BTL communications” to students of PR department of MGIMO University.

7. Dmitri Nasalski

Assistant professor of “ADV – Marketing Communications” department, Managing Director UM Russia

1996 Dmitri Nasalski graduated from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics and started his career immediately on a post of Media planning Manager J.Walter Thompson. Since 1999 Mr.Nasalski worked in Aegis Group. 2003 he became a Managing Director HMS Komandarm (subsequently Vizeum agency).

2004 Dmitri Nasalski became a Managing Director Carat (Aegis Media Group).

Since 2006 Mr.Nasalski is a Managing Director UM Russia. Dmitri Nasalski has a rich experience of working on Russian and international brands (“Aeroflot”, Heineken, De Beers, Adidas, Renault, Philips, SCA, Buena Vista International, Disney, Dior, Epson, Lego, Kodak and the others). Now UM’s clients are Conde Nast, SUN InBev, Brown Forman, MasterCard, SC Johnson, GoodYear, ExxonMobil, X5, XBOX, MasterCard, Barclays and the others.

Since 2007 and up till now Dmitri Nasalski lectures “Media planning” to students of PR and Sociology departments of MGIMO University.

8. Elizaveta Prikhodko

Assistant professor of “ADV – Marketing Communications” department, Senior Lawyer of ADV Group

Elizaveta Prikhodko graduated from Foreign Languages department of Moscow State Pedagogical University and from Law department of Russian State University for the Humanities.

Since 2000 Elizaveta Prikhodko works on intellectual property protection in advertising sphere. She is a specialist in copyrights, neighboring rights, marks and trade names, media rights, honor and dignity protection, business reputation. Mrs.Prikhodko provides trainings for lawyers and accountants on civil legislation and taxation.

Since 2005 Elizaveta Prikhodko is a Senior Lawyer of ADV Group.

2007 Mrs.Prikhodko underwent professional training in “Taxes and taxations” programme.

Since 2010 and up till now Elizaveta Prikhodko lectures “Media and Advertising Regulation” to advanced students of PR and Sociology departments of MGIMO University.

9. Aleksandra Sysoeva

Assistant professor of “ADV – Marketing Communications” department, Managing Director Impacto

Aleksandra Sysoeva graduated from Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics.

Since 2000 Aleksandra Sysoeva worked in IMS-Marketing agency. 2004 she became a head of “Projects realization” department of IMS-Marketing. Since 2006 to 2008 she worked on a post of Executive Director IMS-Marketing.

Now Aleksandra Sysoeva is a Managing Director Impacto.

2010 Aleksandra Sysoeva started to lecture “BTL communications” to students of PR department of MGIMO University.
