Comparative lobbying practices

The course is designed to provide students with necessary tools and instruments of analysis of different countries around the globe. As a result of that course, students will be able to construct general assessment of lobbying patterns in the given country or policy area, based on several theoretical frameworks. In order to achieve that goal, the course covers issues of political process and interest group theories as well as current US, EU, Russian and post-Soviet practices of lobbying.
