The course is aimed at studying theory of venture capital management based on interdisciplinary approach, combining fundamentals of innovations management with universal techniques of product cycle analysis and firms evaluation (including start-ups assessment) applied globally. An emphasis is put on comparative analysis of innovations systems and venture capital markets in different countries. Students must develop their analytical skills and ability to apply contemporary methods of comparative, vertical (product chain) analysis together with peer analysis.
