В 1998 году окончил Московский государственный институт электроники и математики

Ученая степень: кандидат экономических наук, 2008.

Опыт работы:

Трудовую деятельность Хромушина Евгения Акимовича с 2001 года тесно связана со сферой жилищно-коммунального хозяйства. Начиная с 2006 гола Евгений Акимович работал на руководящих должностях в Департаменте жилищно-коммунального хозяйства и благоустройства города Москвы. В 2013 году поступил на федеральную государственную службу в Счетную палату Российской Федерации. В 2014 назначен на должность министра жилищно-коммунального хозяйства Московской области. В 2019 году назначен на должность Заместителя Председателя Правительства Московской области.
